Drop Shipment Policy
To maintain sustainability in production, 21Twelve follows drop shipping as a mode of order fulfilment. In this retail business form, 21Twelve accepts orders without keeping stock one hand. Instead, in a form of supply chain management, we transfer the orders and their shipment details to the respective manufacturer(brand), which then ships the product(s) directly to the customer. This helps maintain small batch production and majorly reduces the probability of dead stock. However, to maintain uniformity of delivery timelines and hygiene in the business, 21.12 is affiliated with a shipping service and ensures all orders from our website are fulfilled by the respective shipping service only.
Shipping
From the time of order placed and depending upon each brand timeline, your order will be delivered anywhere between 2-10 days. Please check ‘Shipping Information’ on each product to see specific delivery timelines. Incase, you need an urgent delivery please reach out to us at contact@2112.co.in
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at contact@2112.co.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
Tracking
You We will be sharing process and tracking details with you over email after 24 hours of you placing the order. You can track the status of your package after your order is dispatched from the brands’ respective warehouses.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Cancellation
As a marketplace dealing with various brands and customers, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at contact@2112.co.in within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you. We DO NOT offer cancellations post 24 hours of placing the order.
Exchange Policy
We operate on a 7 day exchange policy for sizing misfits only. We exchange your item(s) only if the size is incorrect or the product is damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

-In case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at contact@2112.co.in
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
We do not offer returns but we welcome you to exchange your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns and Exchanges
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
– An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
– An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
– Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
